Returns & Refunds Policy – ​​VECCI

1. Return period

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.


2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Must not have been worn (quick indoor fitting only accepted, without any signs of use).

  • Not having been washed .

  • To be in its original state , clean, without odor, stain, or deterioration.

  • Have all labels intact and attached (composition label, brand label, hangtag, etc.).

  • It must be returned in suitable packaging to prevent any damage.

  • Please include your order number .

Any item not meeting these conditions may be refused without refund.


3. Return request

Before returning any item, you must contact us at: contact@vecci.fr by stating:

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) concerned

  • The reason for the return (optional but appreciated)

After receiving your request:

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you the return instructions (return address and terms).

  • Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

4. Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

You can :

  • Use your own carrier (tracking strongly recommended).

  • Or, if offered, use a return label provided by VECCI , the cost of which may be deducted from the refund.

VECCI cannot be held responsible in case of loss or damage to the return package by the carrier chosen by the customer.


5. Damages & Order Errors

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Contact us immediately at contact@vecci.fr if :

  • The item is defective or damaged .

  • You received the wrong item .

  • A problem of obvious size or conformity is noted.

We will assess the situation and offer you, as appropriate: a replacement, a credit note or a refund.


6. Non-returnable items

Except in the case of a proven defect or error on our part, returns may be refused for:

  • Items that have visibly been worn , washed, or damaged.

  • Items without original tags ,

  • Items showing traces of makeup, perfume, perspiration, tobacco odors , animal hair, etc.

  • Personalized or special edition items, if mentioned at the time of purchase.

7. Exchanges

We do not engage in direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or model:

  1. Submit a return request for your item in accordance with the conditions above.

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order on the website.


8. Right of withdrawal (European Union)

If you are a consumer and your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, without having to justify your decision.

In this context:

  • The product must meet the return conditions mentioned above (unworn, unwashed, tags intact).

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the error is ours.


9. Refunds

Once your return package has been received and inspected:

  • We will inform you by email whether your request has been accepted or rejected.

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within an indicative period of 10 working days .

Depending on your bank or card issuer, an additional delay may apply for the refund to appear in your account.
