1. Delivery Zones

We ship our products throughout France , Europe and internationally .

Fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be indicated at the time of order placement.


2. Order processing times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to track your package in real time.


3. Delivery times and costs

4. Carriers used

We collaborate with reliable carriers such as Colissimo , Chronopost , DHL and UPS to ensure fast and secure delivery.


5. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link .
You can also track the status of your delivery directly from your customer area on vecci.fr .


6. Returns and delivery issues

  • Incorrect address: if an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Lost or damaged parcel: If your parcel is lost or damaged during transport, contact us immediately at contact@vecci.fr with your order number.
