1. Delivery Zones
We ship our products throughout France , Europe and internationally .
Fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be indicated at the time of order placement.
2. Order processing times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to track your package in real time.

You can also track the status of your delivery directly from your customer area on vecci.fr .
6. Returns and delivery issues

Incorrect address: if an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
